I'll never use Appliances Online again after they smashed a glass pane in my front door whilst delivering a washing machine and knocked down and broke an ornament which my parents passed down to me. The delivery guys were incredibly apologetic and I don't hold them any grudges. Where I do get angry is when I phoned Appliances Online afterwards to talk about the damage and they claimed their delivery guys hadn't broken anything! I'm pretty sure the gentlemen who delivered wouldn't lie and I genuinely believe the cover-up was at the Support call level. The Support desk was making it up and saying there was no breakage and my door and ornament hadn't been broken even though I was telling them just how apologetic the delivery men were. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and would only keep saying for me to get a lawyer and prove they made the damage. Who's got time to do that? This has gone on a few weeks and I'm $800 out of pocket having to repair the front door, and of course the ornament is gone forever - something irreplaceable. Turns out there's a website dedicated to Appliances Online reviews called www.appliancesonlinereviews.wordpress.com which I only found afterwards and wish I'd seen this site before ordering as I never would have done so. I'm bitterly disappointed with Appliances Online.
